Derek and his crew are pros. We live on an island (Bowen) where is often difficult to engage tradesmen. These guys respond VERY quickly, communicate clearly, and show up when they say they do. The workers are friendly, hard working and highly skilled. A pro outfit.

I had my house completely replumbed, and I was quite daunted that it would be an extremely stressful experience. Derek, Dan, and Chris were not only incredibly prompt at all times, they were also very professional and thorough in making sure that everything was done right! It helped that they are all very personable and kind as well. In all my years dealing with different tradespeople and varied home-service companies, I have never been treated with such respect. They really understood how overwhelming a big renovation job might feel for a homeowner; and they were excellent at navigating this customers' challenging schedule.

Derek and his team at Precise Plumbing are great. We have used many plumbing services at our apartment building over the years, some good some terrible. Derek has been very professional and fast at the work he has done for us. Fair pricing, on time and communicates well. He has looked after a faulty boiler, a new boiler installation and has installed a walk in shower base, glass shower door and toilet in a bathroom we were renovating. Highly recommend!

The lads of Precise Plumbing, as part of my bathroom reno, installed a new bathtub/control valve and my new vanity.The plumbers were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them on site. With one minor caveat, I highly recommend Precise Plumbing. The minor negative is that they can be hard to get on site, otherwise great, 4.5 Stars out of 5!

Same day response to repair a blown apart fitting below water main. Derek was prompt, knowledgeable, and, in 30 minutes, had water running again for us. Natasha, in logistics, is very professional and a great communicator. I’m impressed and will call on them again. So glad to find them in the Sunshine Coast (recommended by BC Water Heater Services).

Five stars all around for Precise Plumbing! Derek is a true pro who took my call while enroute to the hospital! Dan had the problem figured out and solved in less than an hour. Friendly, professional, on time and quick to assess and address. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Highly recommended!

These guys are great! They squeezed us in on one day's notice during the busy week before Christmas. They showed up on time and got the messy work done quickly without making or leaving any mess at all. Plus, they were cheerful, great with our dog, and their services were reasonably priced. We highly reccommend them.

I was very impressed with the response from Precise Plumbing. They got to me the same day I called, and came the next day to do the work. The technician was friendly and efficient; got everything done in less that 2 hours. Their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Called a few places for quotes and was given insane prices, luckily I stumbled on precise plumbing on google by chance.Derek, Dan and Chris are awesome to deal with, got the job done professionally, no fuss, fair pricing, and good communication. Highly recommend precise plumbing and heating. 5 stars.Job: Installing hot water tank and gas range.
