I've been a client of Leduc Insurance for roughly 15 years and couldn't be happier. Don has taken over our account in the last few years and is knowledgeable and very helpful while insuring our hobby farm/acreage and all of the various tractors, trailers and outbuildings that come with it.

We have been clients for 20+ years. I can’t ever recall a time when a call wasn’t returned or we felt that we didn’t really understand a policy. Advice has always been thorough yet understandable and concise. Over the years we have submitted a couple of claims including a fairly recent one. Tanya English was, and is, a pleasure to deal with.

literally the worst. been with them for almost ten years, i called to change the date of my insurance payment and the agent didn’t tell me i would end up owing double on the new day. ended up arguing about it for a month with like 4 different agents trying to justify why they think thats okay. asked multiple times for a contact to speak to my insurance company directly and they ignored me.** edited to reply to the owner, like i said multiple times, i refused to speak to you over the phone and asked for all communication to be by email because i would often get information one way over the phone, and another way over email a couple days later after WEEKS of dealing with this. it was hard to keep track of and understand. if you can’t accommodate to people with disabilities just say that. i told you why i asked for communication over email.

Tanya English has been extremely helpful , we had a accident early november had a lot of trouble reaching the adjuster, she was there to help us through everything . I recommend this Insurance agency. Been with them for a long while probably 15 years or longer. This is our first big accident , in alot of years.

My wife and I had been with one of those Direct" insurance companies for 25 years and had seen the level of service decline. The last straw was having to wait for 1 hour to get through to speak to a human being about an increase in premium. We are snowbirds and this level of service would be a disaster if something went wrong when we were south for the winter.We decided to look for an agency where professional agents were available to talk to within minutes

Lindsay is awesome. We have moved three times since we met her and all of our insurance needs still go through her. And we don't even live near Leduc anymore. Just have to send her a quick email and she gets it done.
