Like other reviewer said this company has horrible service, they damaged our wall paint and promised to fix it. they kept saying they would come back but they never did from summer until winter. One of the owner Allan took my stuff and told us coming back to fix it, never does! We called many times; they don’t pick up the phone. Even answered phone today, but he is very rude. No sorry, no apologies, still can not fix the damage. We paid the service, but they never complete the promised job. How can this company treat customer like this? In the future NEVER use this company and not to refer to others.

Professional and fast - although there were no raccoons or babies found a one way gate was installed for several days as well as soffits and entry points secured for future protection. Alaine returned the following week with a bucket truck to secure points not accessible by ladder The service is not cheap at the same price point as competitors in the area. Unless your willing to mitigate this yourself I highly recommend capital wildlife !

They are clearly hit or miss, in our case a big miss. Same story as others. Left several messages. Finally heard back 3 days later and we agreed on a time for an inspection for a Raccoon problem. He never showed up. Texted me back to reschedule for the following day, once again never showed up and never heard from him again. We called 2 other places in Ottawa for a quote and inspection and they came the next day.

AVOID! Unprofessional, very poor customer service. I emailed several times, got a reply asking what my address was. I replied, but had to wait for another 3 days to get the next sentence from him in email: We will pass by to assess". I replied "OK when?" No reply whatsoever from them. I used 2 different phone numbers listed on their web site - one doesn't even have answering machine service set up. On the other I left 3 different messages on

Extremely impressed with Capital Wildlife Control. We had a racoon invasion and Vincent came out on the holiday weekend to assess and propose a game plan, and he and Alain were back the next day to take care of business.Excellent customer service and attentiveness until the racoon was safely removed. We’re very impressed with their honesty and job knowledge. I hope we never have to use their services again, but if we do we’ll be calling them without hesitation.

This company has poor customer service. After contacting them and making arrangements for them to come to my house, they never showed up, and many times they called at the last minutes, saying that they have a raccoon to save. I'm a serious customer who wanted professional service for a substantial job to do in my attic (insulation and attic clean-up). Professionalism isn't what I found with this company. I guess if you a raccoon to save, then they are OK.

Two thumbs up for every step in the process of removing a skunk from under our front porch. Our situation was assessed and we were given a quote the day I called. Chris then showed up within two days and Pepe Le Pew was gone the next day. Capital Wildlife Control is efficient and professional. I highly recommend them.

Raccoons took posession of my attic, destroyed our soffits. The crew succeded in getting them out and making the proper repairs. Highly recommand.
