The Alternative Adult Store

I've went a couple times before but a year ago I went for shopping on my own and the owner is just so nice. I felt accepted and I could browse as much I needed, asking questions, she had a great humor, the items are made with good quality, especially those made out of leathers. The best of all you can find pretty much anything that you desire.I highly recommend everyone to go there and see for yourself it was so worth it!

Amazing place with an amazing owner! I've often come to the store with tall request with short deadlines and the owner has always been very accommodating of me, was always very helpful even outside the scope of practice of a normal retail establishment, and best of all, completely free of judgment. I can't recommend this place enough, thank you!

Store owner confronted me while shopping and brought up a year old video on their phone claiming I'd stolen from them. The video showed me leaving a *section* of their store. Was acting paranoid and neurotic.I'm in my late 30's, I'm well payed, and had literally been in their store only days before having spent in the range of $150. Not only were these claims absurd, confronting me this way was totally inappropriate.I'd be careful shopping here, and maybe save the marked up fees and simply purchase everything online, yourself. I've never felt so humiliated or embarrassed after trying to support a local store.Edited to respond to owner claim- The video showed nothing but me leaving one section of the store, holding one of the business cards for one of the companies they order from.Again, be wary shopping here, do so at your own risk.

Fantastic, safe atmosphere; great pricing, huge selection of new and consignment clothing; the owner searches hard for deals and passes the savings on to clientele….great place to shop for all kinds of things

Such an amazing experience in this store! Much classier than other stores and so much more comfortable. A fantastic selection of toys, clothing, accessories, lingerie, shoes and more! Great diva section for those of us on the voluptuous side, and anything you can possibly dream up is either available in store, or to order. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Really typing out a description doesn't do it justice, you need to see it for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

This was the cutest little place I’ve found in years. I saw so many things to buy, but was only allowed to get half of them. I can’t wait to go back! Outfits up to 6xl and all the way to itty bitty! It’s a must stop now whenever I’m in Ottawa! Thanks for being awesome!!

They sell sex toys and offer knowledgeable recommendations. You feel comfortable asking any questions in a welcoming boutique atmosphere, that includes a gorgeous lounge space. There are rockabilly, gothic, zombie, and vintage style clothing, lingerie, and accessories. There are sexy boots and shoes, also available in larger sizes! Exclusive designer shoes and bras, as well! Last, but certainly not least is the incredible chamber of kinky items and clothing boasting high quality products and furniture, some exclusive. The owner even develops custom item requests based on what is needed or perhaps lacking in the market! The customer service is very personal and makes you feel at home. Which is great when you want to spend a few hours shopping and trying things on. The cherry on top is that this is also a consignment shop. Every week there are new items , and you can bring in your gently used items! Very happy to have this unique business here in Ottawa, with very affordable prices!!!
