I1 time you will talk about pricing with them but next time when you come to buy same thing the price will be higher and there’s no justification they just say it’s system, it always happens when drive for an hour and they say yes system increases the price even more than home depot and rona… please don’t waste time to go to this store, plus there attitude except Bryne very bad like they are giving everything for free and if you ask them anything then you made a big mistake first of all they are gonna be very angry and then its gonna take whole day to answer the question

I have buying supplies here since 1998 until now the best suppliers in Toronto by far an i just got a soil pipe cutter for $730 Rigid every other suppliers wanted more over all best in customer service an price.

A good place to get stuff you just need to place an order in advance as their stock on Hand is limited. you get the better version than home depot under a Slightly different name don’t believe the other reviews.

In the past the staff at the desk was only interested in doing the bare minimum so I was surprised and happy to see someone pleased to help with my order. Don't know what changed, maybe with the lockdown keeping people away they seem to be happy to have a human to talk to instead of a Zoom screen.

Zero customer service for this location … they raise prices after every other day …manager is rude when asked why do you raise prices… Ask about the price over the phone before going other wise they are going to rip to you off

If it where possible I would leave 0 for this Wolseley Location. We had a terrible experience, branch Manager- Brian Ramdeen sold us a plumbing part. It cost us 6 times more than a regular retail store. The same day I tried to make a return with a receipt, in the box. He had refused, start being rude and extremely unprofessional.(I have a video recorded) We already contacted the head office which was not much of help either. I would go to the small claim court and spend my time just to make this arrogant person to shut his mouth.
