Great clinic, very professional and attentive staff and orthodontist, would recommend it to anyone!

This is an amazing, more than amazing top orthodontist.My daughter lost all her front teeth when she was 3! He was able to place a space maintainer. He even made her pretty by placing fake teeth on the maintainers. Less than 3 months later she lost the 2 teeth holding the space maintainer. He did not charge a penny more and proceeded to place braces on her. Since she had braces, he decided to correct her teeth a little bit. Until she turned 11 she was still followed by him once a year at NO charge apart from the initial price paid for the space maintainer. His philosophy is amazing. You paid for a result not a time frame of services.When she turned 11 he said now is the time to start treatment. He explained exactly why she needed them. Her case was a little more complicated and would need 3 types of treatment on top of the maintainers at the end. The fees are reasonable considering that I know that no matter what happens he will not charge a penny more even if it takes 5 years instead of 2 years. The quality of his service is outstanding.Imagine a mom going to see a dentist with a 3 year old. Whom to trust? He has a team of hygienists to do the actual in mouth placing and measuring. He was the only orthodontist that actually had a certification in pediatrics dentistry. His clinic is beyond amazing. His staff are amazing. Not all hygienists are good with kiddos. But as soon as they saw how anxious I was they placed a note to always place me with a hygienist that was working very well with us. I was a very worried momma and the staff went out of their way to make sure that I was OK and reassured.I could price shop, sure. Will I find cheaper? Definitely! Without a doubt! But from experience I know that with almost all others, a longer time frame would cause extra fees. A change of plan or a tooth that is a bit more work will also cause extra fees. Some others will not be able to do the job right or worse cause harm to the teeth, and that is forever. I would wholeheartedly pay what he charges to get the security I feel with this clinic. He is a real knowledgeable professional and no one else will touch my kiddos teeth. And sincerely, having a lot of friends that have their kids go through palate extenders and then invisalign, I am paying not THAT much more then them.

Just called to take an appointment for a first consultation, I was asked for my credit card information in proceeding to open a file, otherwise they couldn't open a file, the lady specified there was no cancellation fees, she said it was just in case. Definitely not ethical. I refused and I strongly do not advise for anyone to give out their credit card info to a clinic they have never stepped foot in.

Note: If reviews of a place are either 5 stars or 1 star, run far, far away.I got transferred to Dr Fournier in the middle of my treatment since I had just moved back to Montreal. Was supposed to start with Invisalign, then finish with real braces as I had major work to be done and Invisalign couldn't do some of the movements. From the get go Dr Fournier was very sales-y, everything was roses and rainbows. Fast forward 2 years, my teeth were still not done despite going on more and more sets. He started doing random things, at one point shaving between my teeth despite my concerns (they were already damaged from a previous root canal) which ended up giving me a horrible abcess in my gums. When I asked about swapping to metal braces he kept pushing it off, saying Invisalign can do everything. Finally I realized his practice doesn't even do real braces! That's straight out FRAUD! Then he ended up the treatment, telling me the big gap between the back of my teeth will close by itself in a year (note: warranty is one year). I ended up going for another ortho and throwing away another $5k to fix my teeth. Never again. Hint: If any ortho in the world tells you Invisalign can fix everything, you know you're dealing with an unethical salesperson.

If you are looking for the best orthodontist? Search no more. I went through 6 different specialists, and none of them was able to help me without forcing me for a surgery (I had a severe case of malocclusion class 2), claiming that my situation was beyond complex. Well guess what? Dr. Christian Fournier was able to do it, without any issues or complications, and above all, NO Surgery.Great staff, Great Doctor, Two locations Montreal and Laval for convenience, and a very flexible payment plans if you need it. If you think that a smile can’t change person, you definitely never had your smile fixed.

I Called for a consultation in laval , the receptionist is very rude and condescending , I decided to go somewhere else and this is not a reflection to the dentist and I am a business owner and I was extremely polite to her and she had to be right and make her point to me about a phone number . Sorry you lost 2 patients .. that’s what about 16,000$??Have a nice day .

Quoi dire plus à part Wow!WoW pour tout!Un traitement parfait! 13 mois et mes dents sont justes extraordinaires. Un traitement qui ailleurs aurait été beaucoup plus long et clairement plus complexe.Sa façon de faire est unique et cela en vaut le détour.-Des attaches qu’on ne voient pas car elles sont placées derrière les dents.-Changement des gouttières Invisalign fait 2 fois par semaine.Un traitement fait en douceur et ce même si dans mon cas j’ai dû porter un système qu’on nomme « carrière» avec des élastiques pendant plusieurs mois afin de bouger ma mâchoire.Faut juste ensuite suivre sa recette c’est facile!***13 mois et hop c’est réglé!***Je recommande fortement son expertise!

I really appreciated Dr Fournier for his expertise in the Invisalign treatment and his great kindness. All his assistants are very customer oriented too. After a 14 months treatment I can tell that Invisalign at Dr Fournier’s clinic is really worth it.
