Sahaja Yoga Meditation
This is very effective and very simple. The techniques like foot soaking,balancing etc are taught in session are very easy. The best part is its very easy to learn to be thought less and all it takes just 5-10 mins daily at home to maintain and improve thoughtless state.I definately recommend everyone to try this.
