Recently we came to banff to look at the area and we stopped at this starbucks the line was long and we waited for our drinks and my friend need sugar packets and straws these workers threw a straw at us and continued working and we had to ask again and again she threw another straw at us and we had to ask another worker for sugar packets and she looked impatient and fed up and she was loosing her patience with me i do not recommend this starbucks but instead support a local coffee shop

Appallingly terrible customer service. Was waiting 20 mins for a mobile order. After asking I was told 5 times (because I had to ask multiple times over the next 15 minutes) they were making it. The last time I asked I was told “go to the line and get a refund”. They never started my drink and had me waiting 40 minutes to get A REFUND, causing me to be late for an appointment I told them I was on my way to. I’ll never go back to this store. They don’t care one bit how they treat their customers.

An average starbucks. Make sure you will ask for sugar free iced coffee if you take your coffee with no sugar, otherwise you will get really sweet one as they add a syrup automatically.

Trust me when I say this, but please avoid this place if at all possible. I’ve been living in North America for over 20+ years and I have never seen a restaurant worker be so disrespectful. I asked for sugar and they refused to give me any. I then asked for an extra straw and the lady threw it at me. The lady gave me nothing but a dirty attitude. The wait in line was already 30 mins for my subpar drink and the terrible service made this all the more infuriating.
