James was extremely patient with me (being a senior with memory issues) and repeated everything , as many times as I needed. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood clearly.He even called me back (two weeks after I had signed on) , in order to make sure I was still satisfied with my policy as well as my payment terms. He again went over everything for me and answered every one of my questions (and there were many).Young or old , contact him for all your life insurance needs ; he's the best in the business. I know because I cancelled two other policies to go with his company's offer.

We have been dealing with James for over 2 years as our family grows. He has worked hard to find the right insurance for each of our family members, as we all required different needs. James is professional and very knowledgeable about life insurance. He is always available by phone and emails which is important with our crazy schedule. James is very easy to get a hold of and answer any questions, which is nice to have that customer services in this day and age.Mostly importantly, James is just a friendly, easy to speak with and family orientated person. I definitely recommend him!!!
