The car is great.Not sure if it is cause they are under staffed but the attention to customer service needs help. The customer service is non-existent and they don't care if you buy or not. Or if they lose out on a 69k sale to save $250 dollars.

Popped in completely unplanned as I was in the area for lunch with a friend a couple weeks ago on a Sunday. Anastasia was the representative who helped us out. She was beyond friendly, professional and helpful in general. I hope whomever reads these reviews acknowledges her efforts.I have a Cybertruck on order since the original reveal but as the realistic delivery dates keeps getting pushed out to now effectively some time next year (fingers crossed in 2023) I’m considering a model Y performance in the interim. Love the model X plaid, but fully loaded at about $195+tax I can’t justify it in my budget with the Cybertruck coming soon.Currently in my Range Rover Sport Autobiography which I’ll likely be trading in when the time comes to go EV, enjoying the last remaining days of Supercharged V8 goodness, these will be a thing of the past one day but they were good times as well.Back to the point, tested out the Model Y Performance, breathtaking acceleration, surprisingly roomy but still my only issue is the bare bones interior. Hard to justify a $100K vehicle that looks so empty and lacking old school luxury for my personal taste. Perhaps it’s the modern design way so call me old fashioned but quality stitched leather dashes, multiple colour contrast options to choose from and heated/cooled/massage seats for a few examples should be a given at this price point. Looking into all the potential aftermarket mods to make it my own if I do pull the trigger. For those not coming out of a high end vehicle or simply looking for the long term fuel savings based on heavy driving habits in the city it’s a no brainer. I would still highly recommend it.

Anastasia is absolutely AMAZING! She went above and beyond to find me my Model X in record time. Her communication was incredible-even calling/texting me on her day off when she found me a car! This is my second Tesla & I can tell you that the experience with Anastasia was first class all the way! Thank you! (LOVE the car as well!)

Just want to share my thoughts about the customer experience and it has been exemplary. I had been considering purchasing a new EV to replace my gas car. I had visited this location back in November of 2022 and had scheduled a test drive of the new Model S long-range. Anastasia and Shaun were very professional and kind and I enjoyed my first test drive back then (although time was limited and it was 30 minutes). I took my time with my purchasing decision and fast forward to May 2023 I was offered an overnight test drive experience of the Model S this time. I actually took the time this time and was able to test out the new Model S on my own and the experience was very welcoming. The model S by far exceeds all Ev's of this generation and absolutely delivers. I was able to return the car the following day and although I had limited time driving the vehicle, I was mesmerized. Shaun and Anastasia were very patient and cooperative in the process and I thank them for this.Shortly thereafter I was fortunately able to find another EV from a different brand that was more bang for the buck in my opinion, otherwise I surely would have ordered a Model S from this location. Pricing is still a deciding factor and with federal rebates out there, I was convinced to buy a different brand and model. I was solely interested in the Model S and in my opinion it's the best Tesla out there today. All in all, if I ever chose to buy a Tesla, I will absolutely go to this dealership and place an order in the future.Thank you Anastasia and Shaun for the amazing service.

I'm international students which is CICCC, we had final project which is related to customer service. For that we needed to ask some questions for manager in order to complete our project. The manager at the store, Havia , was super friendly, kind, and helpful, He provided us with the answers and gave us a lot of attention even though we were not potential customer - maybe not yet.Thanks to his great attention and customer service, we were able to gather the information we needed and concluded that Tesla shop, at this store, is aligned with the company mission and values. Unfortunately, our team had a terrible experience in the other store but hopefully that is a problem with a particular sales person who did not treated us nicely.

We have had a lot of problems about my loan to trade my old car for a new car. Edward, the sales in Tesla West Vancouver, has been very patient in helping us solve a series of problems and responding to our emails in a timely manner. Here we would like to express our gratitude!

Shaun did a great job of coordinating our purchase and delivery at Tesla Park Royal, from answering our questions (including rebate information) to advising on financing and accessories. Eddie did a superb job with our pick-up at the Tesla delivery centre (pictured in photo) and got us set up and on our way back to Kamloops. All in all it was a very positive experience - we will definitely deal with them for the cybertruck purchase (grin).

We are in the process of purchasing our Tesla Model 3, and no one has been more helpful than Dean Disanjh at the Park Royal, Vancouver location. He has helped us understand the unusual procedure, talked us through the steps, and set up a test drive for us. I have taken the time to chat to others in forums, and do my research on the internet-but Dean has really helped turn our Tesla dream into a reality. Thanks Dean!

Buyer beware. If you buy a Tesla, be sure to sell it before the warranty runs out. Service costs are consistently $5,000 to $10,000 per year. Poor quality parts, particularly the suspension, onboard charger, electrical components, main touch screen, retracting door handles will all require replacement by Tesla, often more than once. And there's no where else to go for service.
