The quality of service has gone downhill so badly at this store. They still make you stand in line to get in to the store, something that was only put in place due to COVID restrictions and these restrictions are over, so why is it still in place? The guy standing at the front is so bad at customer service, I don't know if he's the manager or what, but he doesn't belong in customer service or retail. I will be making a complaint to head office regarding this experience and this worker. When asked why they still make customers stand outside, he said back in a very a rude tone stores have lines". Yeah

This is a really great looking store, with all the copies imaginable for the Nespresso system. The only thing I don't like and the reason for the four out of five stars, is the fact that you have to wait in line to purchase your pods.. what a click" system. The staff member I dealt with was very educated in their coffee selections

They really know how to make you feel like you're part of an elite group!The service here is fantastic and they go above and beyond to make sure they get your coffee needs just right.I really like the double espressos and the flavoured coffee is actually strong, smooth tasting coffee, with natural flavours.You can't buy individual pods as they only come in a pack of 10.I no longer crave speciality coffee from outside as I can make comparable and sometimes better coffees and lattes, tailored just for me, at my own convenience, at home.I think their recycling program is really smart. They provide you with pre-paid bags for your empty aluminum pods that you can fill up and drop off at any Canada Post office. I got two regular bags to drop off my empties at the store.

I have never had issues with the service from the store itself and the employees. But recently placed an ad online that included a free sampler pack. Normally I would never order online as the store is close to me. But for free coffee why not! I did not receive the sample pak and when I called they basically said there was nothing they could do. I wasn't going to fight for free coffee, but disappointing that they didn't even bother to try to recitfy the situation.

We were there to buy a gift for a friend and felt instantly overwhelmed by everything in the store. the staff here did sooo great at helping us and took their time explaining everything to us. What felt so new and overwhelming to us became much easier to grasp because of how they make their customers feel. We want to give a special shout to Quincy at the southgate Edmonton location. Company should be so proud and value employees like her. She was training new staff while helping us. We were so impressed by her dedication and service. Bravo to the whole team.

My fiance and I had a great experience at the store today. Clay was very knowledgeable and professional. We had asked him if it was possible to buy a replacement lid for our aeroccino and he found a replacement for us free of charge! Overall great experience!

Long time Nespresso user, with great experiences from the West Edmonton Mall location.Very disappointed with the Southgate location. Had a couple strange incidents here.1. After purchasing coffee pods, I asked for a sample of the new limited edition line. The customer service representative said I need to talk to the representative at the tasting station. I proceeded to the station and noticed the representative was swamped. I looked around as multiple sales representatives were only standing around. Little confusing since the process requires no special skills. Only insertion of capsule and pressing a button. I left without a sample.2. I entered the store and purchased 50 capsules. Immediately after, I asked for a sample coffee of a new line. I was informed they cannot provide any samples due to their 15% sales event, requiring all staff on deck" on sales. I looked around and saw 5 staff members standing around. The store was far from being busy. Again

Super helpful when we walked in. Clean store as well! Was our first time buying pods for our machine and the barista was able to help narrow down which one I would like best. Unfortunately I forgot their names - but we were there on April 24 at approximately 1130am! Thanks again!

Very frustrating shopping experience. No one explain or introduce the machine and coffee features to us, so we just chose a random one and paid. When I arrived home, i realized they sold me an opened box item?! And they didn’t tell me anything about the recycling policy or new member welcome offers when I check out… absolutely unprofessional service!

The service at Southgate was always great and friendly except Today on April 16 th 2023. The girl with pink hair ( standing at the table with the coffee samples and machines, she was making coffee for the customers who wants to try new flavours) she was so rude and unprofessional… we bought 12 boxes of coffee and came to her table to try some new flavours, we asked her questions in re to the new flavours and she was ignoring us, she kept talking to other colleagues… we asked again and got her very angry look … seems she really didn’t care of the customers snd didn’t want to answer any questions… this was so unprofessional and rude! It was like we came to her own place not to the Nespresso asking for a coffee!!I’ll speak to the manager at my next stop at this store! This is unacceptable and never happened at this store before!
