Super knowledgeable, friendly staff. Amazing store for folks into costumes, make up, and silicone work, among other things. When I had to repair my mermaid tail, they saved me from having to ship it out of the country and waiting months to get it back. Cannot recommend them enough.

The also have great product knowledge so if you need help with a project and can’t figure out what you are missing they might be able to help the rest of the way. The friendly & helpful staff are patient, knowledgeable & able to keep happy when asked the same questions repeatedly.It's nice to be able to go into a store & know that you'll be a valued customer - especially if you have little knowledgeor experience.I liked seeing the staff support each other by asking each other product questions.I will continue to shop here! Great store. One-stop shop for all needs. Be it for my set bag or Halloween makeup prosthetic pieces and face paint. They have everything from amazing beauty products and glam shadows to the latest must-haves for your kit SFX makeup tools. Stuff is all knowable and extremely helpful. Would say it is like the Amazing Department store" for Makeup artists. Highly recommend!"
