What amazing staff!! Reception was nice, very helpful and made me feel at home. The best monitoring equipment in the country BY FAR. I received my shipment early in a beautifully made box. Any questions about this kind of equipment, come here!!!

Bad service and waste of time. They don't pick up calls and when they do, the staff do not even know what service they provide.

Very unprofessional and rude service from reception. I have never seen any business who treats people like this, regardless be it an ordinary person inquiring or an interested client that can offer them business. I was literally sent to the door and was asked to leave, as the lady thought I am doing a door to door business. Regardless what the purpose of any visit, I think that we all deserve respect as human beings.

Amazing Company. Grace did an outstanding job of handling my questions and had my equipment perfectly calibrated in a timely manner. I wouldn't choose anyone else to calibrate my equipment than her. 10/10.
