He greeted me with a friendly smile and was extremely helpful in recommending the perfect poutine for my taste buds.The poutine I ordered was absolutely delicious - the fries were crispy and the gravy and cheese curds were perfectly balanced. Ryan ensured that my order was made to perfection and even offered to add additional toppings to elevate the flavor.Ryan's exceptional service and attention to detail made my experience at New York Fries one of the best I've had. I took fries from new york fries from sudbury mall. I had it just one and i am not feeling good. before giving my 3 year old i tried 3-4 more fries.. after eating those fries. i am sick. taste like very old oil. they haven’t change since long..

Everyone there is very friendly and makes sure to provide us with an excellent product! They have great cheese curds, which is a huge deal for me. Worth every cent.

The staff are always good humoured and the food is hot & quick. A solid crew in the store, never had a foul experience with any of them. They preemptively gave me coupons for an issue I wasn't even gonna complain about. Stellar customer service.
