Always buy my shoes here. My daughter got her first pair of boots here. Tiny little Dr.Martins.. they were the smallest shoe we could find. Would love a few more options for babies. But as a adult with older kids, we're always happy with the selection and the prices

I have no problem with accepting a credit as we were given HOWEVER I do have an issue with being told by the csr on the phone that I was lying and that the owner's son told us that the return policy was for credit only. When she mentioned it was the owner's son that is when her attitude became very agitated and practically hung up on me. I work with customers all the time and am aware of what policies are. I didn't see the sign nor was implicitly told about return policy as credit or exchange only. Was only told they could be returned if not worn and that is verbatim. He was a pleasant guy and I may consider returning but that lady and the service on the phone was atrocious.

Buying ladies shoes, boots & especially sandals is always a challange because of my narrow feet.Both ladies, Milena & Tiffany who was in training were awesome!Tiffany, you're in good hands with Milena sharing her knowledge.Such friendly service!Love my new Red & Black Codia Sandals.This is my 3rd time purchasing shoes & boots at Shoes! Factory Outlet.Will definitely check them out again next time I'm in Simcoe visiting my daughter.

We have been shopping at Al's for many, many years now. Always a great selection, prices are competitive and the customer service is top notch. They are so well staffed, that there is always someone available to help you. I was in with my daughter tonight, looking for a pair of running shoes. We received some assistance from Bogie (I'm probably not spelling it correctly, my apologies) and Ashley. They were both so helpful and interacted with us as if we were friends, not just customers. That type of service is what keeps us coming back again and again.

My husband and I visited this afternoon. Everyone was very friendly and so helpful! A special shout out to Ryder who was knowledgeable, answered questions and very patient when I knocked over almost a whole stack of shoes on an end cap! Great job!
