We needed a storage space for several months while completing a home renovation. Office staff and drivers were professional, friendly & efficient. We would highly recommend Big Box Steel for storage solutions.

We used Big Steel Box to move from Ontario to British Columbia. We also needed to store our belongings for 2-3 months between houses. This was the perfect solution for us and we found BSB to be professional and responsive. We knew exactly how much it would cost versus using a mover who couldn't narrow down a price until it was packed. When it comes to loading the container, I would recommend having a professional to help pack the container so very little moves while in transit. We packed our own boxes and also purchased moving blankets and ratchet tie-down straps to help secure our things, but it's all the odd shaped furniture that requires some finesse. Everything happened when they said it would and the drivers were all courteous. I would highly recommend Big Steel Box for moving and storage solutions.

We have been very pleased with the service provided by Big Steel Box. Our container arrived right on time and was removed efficiently when we no longer required it. Additionally, the office staff and the delivery service personnel were at all times, pleasant, professional and personable.

Big Steel Box was really professional. We rented one to help with making a major renovation easier. One call to Big Steel Box and I immediately felt at ease. The process and billing were fully explained to me, and the agent answered every question I had. The delivery agent, who I believe is contracted based on locale, was just as professional. He even took the time to fix the gravel bed the box sat on. I am very impressed and will definitely use this service again.

My experience has been great! Right from the initial call to inquire I was connected with Clay who was very informative and asked all the right questions to ensure I was getting the right solution.The delivery was a snap and very professional and now I have temporary storage that is very convenience and costs much less than renting a storage locker at a property that would normally be 15 minutes away.BUT you have to have the room at your property for the unit.

Every person we dealt with at BigSteel Box was professional and courteous. The way a move is done with them was ideal for us as we had renovations to do at our new place. Extremely convenient having all of our furniture and belongings sitting secure and safe right on our driveway until we were ready to unload it. Heads up, 24 hour notice for getting stuff out of your box is not always true. Weekends dont count and during the week there often booked, even for just accessing your box. Make sure you clarify with them when they tell you 24 hours notice. And plan ahead if you need something out of your Box. Great staff! Friendly folks! Recommended!

The unit was delivered and picked up on the designated day and time. Was very impressed with the ventilation system of these units especially during the long cold wet winter rainy season. Not one item was damp, and my belongings were in excellent shape after spending one year in this unit. I would definitely recommend using a Big Steel Box for your storage needs.

Edited: So far we have not had the best experience...we had to reach out multiple times for a quote, the initial account rep would disappear for days...and Big steel Box doesn't have insurance??? And no one seems to provide insurance for the move and all the contents?? This is mind boggling. Our stuff is getting picked up later this month and we are losing confidence by the second...Two days before pick up someone finally calls about our concerns only to ask us if any of the company names they gave us provided insurance. Nope none of them have heard of your company…and your employee goes on to tell us that she’s heard a lot of customers lately not able to get insurance to cover their moves with you…you just admitted that?? So you don’t have any insurance and no one will insure your clients? This sounds like a good consumer story for CTV or Global TV…
