Slow service and low quality. Got the bubble waffle and jasmine green milk tea combo, and the waffle was too cakey and oily instead of light and crispy. The tea was pretty average, seems like they compensate for the tea bitterness with too much creamer or something. The pearls were also way too soft. Yes it’s a bit cheaper than other places, but not by much and I would rather spend a tiny bit more to get significantly better quality.

By brother and dad and I are hardcore bubble tea drinkers. We know the best and cheapest places everywhere near us and we agree that tea plus is the best or tied for number one.When you drink the tea you can actually taste the uniqueness of each tea and it is sublime.Also the pearls are amazing too, chewy and soft, not too sweet either.I would lay down my life for tea plus.

We order fresh made" hot black tea and green tea. It is turn out the tea were already sitting in the fridge who knows how long. Not matched their sign And the staff heatted it up on the stove. We waited for over 15 minutes. And when we got our green tea

Nothing special about the drinks here. I went here for a bbt, because Shiny Tea ran out of some drinks on the menu. I had milk tea for $4.25 it was just a mediocre drink. Black tea had a bitter after taste and it tasted cheap. I didn't take any photos of it though.I just realized I should have gone to T&T for cheap drinks.

I go here a lot and the are better than co-co in my opinion. It's cheaper and the tea is actually real and fresh. Also very nice people who work there

Watch out, guys! This store is terrible. Very slow service, waiting for 20 minutes? They increased the price unreasonably and downgraded the quality of drink ( barely can taste the taro, food color to look good?) Last month, their taro milk tea was $4.75 with pearls and a lot better taste. This Sunday, the price increases to $5.75 without pearls and extra $0.75 with pearls. That’s a rip-off.

Rating: 5/5, mostly for the nostalgiaHighlights: Boba milk tea, egg waffle____________The first time I came here was probably in 2006. It was only my second time in Vancouver and, at the time, boba tea was still in its infancy compared to today. This was probably the first time I had ever tasted milk tea, but ever since then, Tea Plus has been the standard to which I hold all other milk tea places.This isn't to say that Tea Plus is better than all other milk tea places, far from it. The tea tastes very different from most other places--- I suspect it's a combination of the type of creamer and the type of tea they use. The milk tea here tastes almost creamy; the sweetener in combination with the creaminess always made the tea taste a little like cake. In 2021, however, that combination of flavors definitely tastes a little dated, but, nonetheless, I still hold that this is my favorite boba shop.Also the egg waffles here are really good! They are crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. You really should get one with your boba.
