Hongdae Pocha Korean BBQ
Went here with three friends last night, and got a lot of delicious food! This Korean BBQ place is a bit more on the pricer side, but is a fun place to swing by along Robson. Dividing the bill in quarters, I paid ~$30 for my meal. Staff were also very nice, and our table was all ID’d.

When ordering BBQ menu, service is good as the servers cook it at each customer's table. One big problem is too pricier than other Korean BBQ places. Other than ordering BBQ, service and price are not so good.The one thing was they put seriously too much gratuity mandatorily if customer groups are more than 4 people with super poor service". I hardly go this place with large group because of horrible gratuity charge compare to their service. If the service is as good enough as the tip they charge for the group more than 4

A fun spot for Korean food and drinks! Definitely get the fresh pork belly not the frozen one. It’s so juicy and add the fried rice at the end. They will mix it with the pork belly fat. Stunning combo!

Weekends here are lit, it's full of happy drunken crowds and the vibe is fun and rowdy. It doesn't take much time to get in as 2 people but for larger groups you'll definitely need to wait. I think it's worth it to come with more people though because the portions of food are so big that it's difficult to eat with only 2. Bring your friends and share everything. Highly recommend the bbq pork belly with lettuce wraps! And yogurt soju or strawberry slush soju.

If you want grilled pork, kimchi, and beer, Hongdae Pocha will satisfy your cravings. The only thing I don't like here is that the staff are not as friendly to other nationalities unless you are Korean or Caucasian.

This restaurant was terrible service because me and my husband can’t get any service from them at all. First we want a table to have a good dinner but male writer (Korean) doesn’t want to give us a table at all because he said “too many people in here we don’t have a table right now” but he gave to another Korean customers that ahead of us 30 minutes ago. After we waiting for a table more than 30 minutes (around 18:30 and no line up in the front) We had to asked for a table and the same waiter gave us a table with annoying face. We got seated all the way to the corner and nobody ever came after push a button a couple times, we ordered foods and foods came separate like 30 minutes each, but across table were groups of 4-6 they were got a service immediately. They were got all foods before us, got a servers to cooked theirs foods.. But us hardly to get any service. Even we were ready to pay a bill and of course nobody came after push a freaking button.I feel like we didn’t get any good service in here maybe because my husband not Korean?We will never come back to this place again.We are from USA and we just want to have a good dinner on family’s day but they turn our day not a very good day.

Charged 2x the price shown on the menu for a single plate with very little serving. Table for 5+ ppl are 2 round tables connected which doesn't fit us properly. Also food isn't seasoned well.

Unfortunately most of the stuff here is pre-made so if you try to make changes because of an allergy, they might not be able to do it. The service though is pretty good, they are all really nice. Loud music so it's a place to drink. I really enjoyed the folded egg...its so simple but I couldn't stop eating it. The calamari dish was HUGE and deep fried to a good crisp. Most things were pretty spicy but a good spicy. I wish they had more Korean non-alcoholic drinks though.

I was unimpressed by the taste and the presentation of the food, bc the menu photos online are much more vibrant and seemed to have more ingredients than the actual food served here.The service was okay, just kept seeing one server yelling at another in Korean without her mask on. When my group got the bill, our server did not even ask how to pay, was not willing to change it and had us pay our bills that were forcibly split.2 stars because their kokanee pints are beautifully poured and tasted great.I will not come back here again.
