Bad customer service:( I ordered an ice americano with oat milk and when I got my drink, it had pumps of syrup in it and was crazy sweet. I have ordered the same drink a few times now and they never add that, so I nicely went back and just said it was super sweet and that I just wanted oat milk. Mistakes happen so I didn’t mind at all, but before I could even finish telling the older women who was working, she grabbed my coffee and was very unpleasant. She took it and poured the coffee in the sink and then made my new one with the same cup ( had the lid and my straw all sitting on the counter and was putting her hands all over my straw), She then made my new drink and filled it with water to the very top of the rounded lid cup and it made my drink watery. I know that an americano has water in it but she filled it up full like to the absolute max when there was no reason to put that much water. I would not have thought anything of it but because of how unpleasant and rude she was with me, I feel like it was in purpose. I love coming here to get coffee but I will definitely not be coming back. I also have read through some other reviews and just even seeing the way that the owner responds to bad reviews shows how rude and petty they are.

Absolutely the best and freshest coffee I've ever had! I also buy their coffee beans for at home and I highly recommend their triple berry muffin or one of the artisan scones for an anytime snack!!Great staff, great atmosphere and great community stewardship. What else can you ask for?Thanks!

Don’t go here if you can’t handle the heat! This place scared me at first (very intimidating) but all you have to do is order your drink DO NOT ASK TO CHANGE ANYTHING on the drink, if you do they will be very nice but I can tell they are mad (all good I would be too) the service is awesome tho and the food is definitely edible! Which is a plus. I only go when I’m feeling extremely tough that that!

Enjoying a cup of coffee is always a unique experience derived from the aroma, taste, atmosphere and vibe. Fresh Cup hits the mark. My flat white scored high points for freshness, smooth flavor and despite tasting like a dessert all on its own, I couldn’t resist pairing it with a strawberry lemon scone that left me feeling like I was spending time in a European cafe. Combined, the flavors complimented each other in a way that screamed…’that tastes like more please’. Simply, the best scone I have ever had.The added gift of a simple chocolate cookie on the side of my coffee plate is a special touch that I love and rarely see in Canada, if ever.Combine all of this with a unique log style patio with fireplace and voila , a coffee experience to remember and return for. Thank you !

No customer service, not a good morning how are you just a blank stare! I get better interaction at self checkout. I was there Friday may 5th 8:50am the young blonde working the front was not friendly and the older brunette making the coffee had a sour look on her face the whole time. Seems to me the biggest down fall is the customer service.The coffee wasn't good and cookie was rock hard. My bad for not reading reviews before going. You want a great cup of coffee and great customer service go to Brentwood to Politano Cafe.I will not return or recommend to anyone. Waste of my money and time.

My 18yr old daughter had very unfortunate experience at Fresh Cup today. The manger of the store came over to her while she was sitting quietly having her salad drink and spoke to her in way that made her feel intimidated, embarrassed, and unwelcome in the cafe to the point she left crying. When I attempted to speak to the manager after to express how he made my daughter feel he did not care about her feelings and the impact he had on her. He only wanted to repeat what he had said to her. I feel saddened by how the manger was unwilling to consider how his presence, tone, and mannerisms can affect others. Obviously we will not be returning to the cafe again.

I meant to write this review on January 30 but didn't get to it. However, seeing these pictures again on my phone inspired me!! This cafe has had a major facelift since my last visit prior to covid. I just love the rich warm woods and gorgeous furnishings. AND - the addition of the outdoor seating area is fabulous. You hardly feel like you're outdoors at all. They roast their own coffee (I took home three bags) and the owner can educate you on the science of coffee roasting for ages!! This time I decided to try their hot chocolate and a roast beef sandwich - I wasn't disappointed! After lunch, I had an Earl Grey Scone - OMG! I couldn't eat the whole thing, so saved half of it for later in the day. Fresh Cup has been part of the community for years, but if you haven't been by lately, you have to stop in and see how the owners have updated everything, including the baked goods! I'll be back for sure!

Fresh Cup Roastery generously supported the Parkland Graduating Class of 2023 by donating coffee, tea and all supplies (cups, cream, sugar, etc.) to the Dry Grad Party. We set up a Paris Cafe as part of our travel theme, and the coffee was a huge hit! Thank you so much to Jim Townley and the Fresh Cup staff for so generously supporting a safe and fun Dry Grad event! It's just on of many local events that Jim supports in our community. He is always giving back! The Fresh Cup Roastery is also a wonderful place to visit, with lovely indoor seating and beautiful covered patio complete with lighting for ambience. The coffee and baked goods are always delicious! We especially love the huge ginger cookies. Highly recommend!

I think this is possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and witnessed. The middle aged guy at the till (I assume the owner) couldn’t be more rude or impatient…. Consistently, each time … so it’s not just a one off bad day. Not just to me but to the customers before and after. It’s too bad as they make a good salad, but that’s the last time I go. Listening to him berate and ‘man-splain’ to an elder woman behind me asking about coffee was just too much. Treated her like an ignorant child, it was gross… wouldn’t talk to a kid like that either.
