Had a great experience with the sales person here the shop looks very clean and nice I was impressed right away by the cigar boxes at the entrance and I have yet to taste the cigars i’m sure they will be great

One of the largest, if not THE LARGEST, and most elaborate cigar shops in the GTA. They have cigars from all over the globe including their own brand name. Customer service is excellent substantiated with very good knowledge on the making of cigars. Besides, the accessories including ashtrays, lighters, humidors, etc., can satisfy different tastes of all customers. Personally, I will be visiting this beautiful shop, definitely every month! Bravo!

Product has always been good and fresh. They have a good selection as well. But even since Keon has been working there, the service is incredible. But to be honest, never really come to Havana Castle. Prices are just not competitive. 5 stars just for Keon alone.

I stopped by to pick up a few cigars a few days ago. Classy shop with a lot of character, nice humidor with fairly decent selection! Best part of the experience here though was definitely the staff! Ali was very helpful and friendly; very knowledgeable guy, really made it a pleasure shopping here! I'll definitely be back!P.S. Try their house blend! Surprisingly decent smoke at it's price point!

My first experience with Havana Castle. The place is huge! They have a good variety of cigars to choose from. The prices are comparable to any other cigar stores in Ontario…I was free to check out the cigars without the attendant watching over me, of course I always respect the humidor etiquette. I opted out to test drive their house blends. Will definitely be checking out the other locations next time I’m in the Toronto area.

Went in for a 2nd time within a month. Alex was fantastic help. I could have easily bought premium brand name cigars but he sold me on the quality of the house brand. They were fantastic and easy to enjoy. Clean burn with minimal spice. Great aroma. Looking forward to the next smoke.
