I decided to paint my front door and picked Heritage Red but unfortunately it was to bright for my house. I took the paint back to Heers and Neil and team did a great job toning it down to make the perfect colour. I am so pleased with how it looks and I have received many compliments from my neighbours, family and friends.

After purchasing our first house, we decided to paint the main floor a neutral. There was a mistake made in the mixing of our first gallon, which we did not notice until after painting and picking up a second. The 2 paints were noticeably different on the walls. Our situation was handled with great care and we will be happy returning for the rest of our house paint. They went above and beyond with the fix. Thank you!!

I went into Heer's today after realizing some left over paint went bad" and caused issues with my renos. I am a novice/weekend warrior with these kind of things so having the expert guidance and advice from the staff made it easy to fix the issue and end up with a beautiful result. I sadly did end up paying more as BM paint is more expensive

We recently moved to Guelph and began a main floor and kitchen renovation of our house. Our painting contractor recommended that we go to Heer's to pick paint colours and finishes. We found Neil and his staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Using our samples of flooring, cabinetry and countertops, they led us through the process of selecting wall and trim colours in the finishes that would best work for our project. The results are stunning! We have returned many times to Heer,s since our initial visit as our renovation project continues. We are happy to have been directed to Heer,s and will continue to patronize them in the future.

The customer service at Heer's is excellent. I recently painted our spare bedroom. It was the first time I've ever painted any other than my fingernails. I was a bit nervous at first, but the staff at Heer's took their time to explain every step to me. The result is fantastic! I'm really pleased with how it turned out. Thank you Heer's - I'll be back for some more painting fun in the near future. My kitchen island is next on my hit list. Looks like my fingernails will need to wait.

The staff at the guelph store are very friendly and knowledgable. I just finished a staining project using Sansin stain that they recommended and I couldn't be more pleased. Neil was able to make a custom stain colour that looks great. I would definately return for future paint needs.

I stopped in previous to my purchase to discuss my needs with Carmen. She was very helpful, and full of knowledge and advice. When I went in to actually purchase my paint the store was busy, and yes, service may not have been speedy - but you're not ordering fries at McDonalds... there is behind-the-scenes work involved in selecting the bases and tinting the colors to your specs - so cut them a bit of slack. While I was waiting I browsed their store, they sell beautiful home decor that was 40% off, in addition to tools, stains, wallpapers and paints. I enjoyed my experience here and would happily return.
