PM Pilates Studio
This boutique Pilate studio is truly a gem! Sandy is a friendly owner and has the most professional instructor crew. Each instructor has its own specialty. The studio is boutique but also fully equipped. I like their small group classes of four where I get dedicated time from their instructors to correct my postures. Highly recommend!

I've been taking quite a few classes at PM Pilates and I am very happy with my choice. Whether you are looking for private or group classes, this is the best place to go. Instructors are friendly and professional. The studio is clean and well organized. It is very convenient to buy and schedule the group classes online too. I highly recommend it.

discovering this place in main street unionville was honestly the best thing that has happened to me !! i’ve been taking semi-private classes with Blair and it’s truly been an unforgettable experience. Blair is such a good instructor, she’s so supportive, kind, and cheerful :)) the interior is beautiful as well! excited to keep attending more classes :D

PM Pilates Studio
I had my very first Pilates session at PM Pilates and fell in love with both the exercise and the studio right away. The studio owner Sandy is super friendly and supportive when I have questions and concerns. She paired me up with a great instructor Jen, who is extremely nice, patient and professional. Jen patiently explains the details of each movement and always carefully adjusts my postures to maximize the effect of the practice. The Pilates class has now become what I look forward to the most every week.

Great first time experience with Pilates here. The studio is on the second floor (staircase on other side of parking). Interior is roomy with a high ceiling and pleasant design. Equipment is sanitized and there is an air purifier. Shyista was my instructor - very friendly and great at guiding the group session.

I don't usually write reviews....unless its absolutely amazing! I wish I can give more stars! My first ever pilates class with Shyista and Sandy was fantastic! They are super friendly and accommodating. The studio is very clean and aesthetic as well. A real Gem" in Unionville! Looking forward to going back :)"
