They are a family owned business so you really feel like a trusted family at their store. The proprietor stunned me with his rude and disrespectful behavior. I brought my 84-yr old mom's necklace (a gift my recently deceased father gave Mom on her wedding day 57 yrs ago) for Magdor's owner to advise whether it needed to be re-strung.
