Waterford Greenway| Dungarvan Bike Hire & Cycle Tours

Amazing staff. Perfect for Team Bonding they collected our luggage and dropped it off to our hotel before we arrived. The bike shop was the main reason why we booked with this company. The Greenway is only 900m from the shop. We didnt have to go through the town with busy traffic like other groups with different bike operators. It was piece of mind as many of us had not cycled a bike for a couple of years.

Appalling all round diabolical service ... owner was downright rude , I arrived to a confusion about my booking. The owner walked out and called over his shoulder we re fully booked and left me in mid sentence ... I had driven 40 minutes with my young daughter , luckily his staff (who he spoke to terribly in front of me) dealt with my booking and gave us the badly serviced bike. A long tume since I have received such a terrible appalling dreadful service in Ireland, shame on you you will give us all Abad reputation you should not be working wirh the public

Very polite and friendly employee, very simple and quick to rent a bike, the bikes are of great quality, light and easy to pedal, the rental price is also very good, I highly recommend it :)

This was a brilliant cycle pity there are not more green ways around.

Rented a bike from here the weekend to do the greenway. The bikes were a great spec and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately when I was returning my bike my phone battery died and you are required to phone if retuning the bike after 6pm. This meant I ended up carrying the bike with us in the car to the next destination as we were on a tight schedule. When I rang the next day it explain the situation, the company were very accommodating and told me the closest drop off point to my location which was Waterford City. This is an outstanding service! Would highly recommend!

Had an amazing day out. Bikes were brand new (I seen them taking off the plastic on the mudguards in the shop) Cycle was beautiful. We were able to leave our bikes in kilmac shop and go for lunch which was handy. We got the bus back to Waterford from Dungarvan which was the cherry on top. All Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wow. What an amazing service this company provides, We rang ahead as there was 6 of us and We requested if we could get an early bus from Dungarvan to be dropped to Waterford but no problem if not. Within 5 minutes we were rang back and told that they would organise an early bus for us. Talk about going above and beyond for their customers. We were treated so well from the second we walked into the shop. All the staff were so kind and helpful and made sure our bikes were suited for our heights. To top it all off the cycle was stunning. What a wonderful little county we live in. We will definitely be back.

Great location and stunning scenery along the route

Young staff was nice but older staff wasn't. Even when I asked some questions he seemed to be bothered. The bike is well maintained and really good. I cycled from Dungarvan to Waterford and arrived at the shop in Waterford to return a bike at 16.05 and it was already closed. Made a call and he said to me to give it back to Tracy's hotel, and again he wasn't really nice. The reception seemed a bit confused and was awkward. The experience was good, but the service is okay...
