Mr. Lube + Tires

Everytime I get my Oil Change done, the employees at this Mr.Lube are EXCEPTIONAL, speedy, and are ALWAYS in a great mood. Kudos to these guys. they are rock stars.

Amazing staff and great service. Made my son's day, gave him a kids hard hat and showed him around while they changed my tires, they also gave him juice, and coloring book. He loved it. (Made sure my son was safe).

Mr. Al Sharkas and his team are a great group of individuals. The prices are competitive and the service is top-tier. I've used this place 3 times in the past few months, and this is where I'll continue to go with both of our vehicles!

Friends, I have been involved with some aspect of customer service for most of my life, and I can say without reservation that Mr. Lube + Tires here in Fort McMurray know how to do it right! Avoid tire work if possible.They take great care of you for oil changes, and they're all friendly people and I've never had an issue with their service until as of recently. After getting my tires switched over I woke up one day and both of my tires were down to 15psi, both had leaks in the valve. One already had a leak but the other did not. Older vavles so I'm not trying to blame them, as I'm sure the other was due to be changed soon too. But after my last trip there (to get the valves replaced) I noticed a mark on both my rims from taking the tire off. Given they're aftermarkets I would've hoped better care would've went into the removal but my worst fear happened. Is what it is, nothing can be done now just a beware for anyone silly enough to go into a stop and go service with aftermarket rims. Same day service, no appointment is nice but comes with a cost.They also like to forget to replace your valve caps during oil changes.

Very busy place but the wait is never that long. They raised their price on switching tires(4) went from $70 in April to $90 which is a little much. I have to say that it's worth the 90$ because they broke two studs on my truck while switching to summer tires and they replaced for free with no hesitation. Best costumer service ever.

I was nervous about oil change service outside of the dealership because I had a vehicle ruined once from one of Mr. Lube's competitors. But these guys were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend and I will be using them as my go to in Fort McMurray.

Took my jeep in for an oil change , they also changed my wiper blades and my lights. Super fast and friendly with extremely reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.
