London Hydro

London hydro is the worst hydro service I have ever known! They just can't seem to keep the power on at all!

An employee of London hydro came by my apartment for photos of the metres completely blocking any exit making me late for work and when asked to move, absolutely refused to and acted aggressively towards me. Older white man with an ugly goatee for reference. Glad they hire upstanding citizens…

We have been with London hydro for 7 months now & our bill is between $40-$60. We told them our address in the beginning & they had messed it up with a different apartment number. Same complex, same unit but another building. They just recently contacted us about this issue & didn’t believe that we had said the correct number so they had to go back & listen to the call to make sure we were right. Which of course we were. Then the lady on the phone said she would switch it over & there wouldn’t be any overage charges. Our bill just came in for $127 including fees for switching our account over, so we fought with them on the phone saying it was their fault we shouldn’t be charged for that. Our bill is still $90 which is the last months added up put on to this bill. Which is not our mistake?? This is them taking advantage of 2 young adult girls living on their own.

Never had any issues. Great support. Great service. Great website and even better app. However, they are extremely expensive, with rediculous fees, especially their water, but if you're in London, it's not like you have a choice!

There were hiccups when setting up my account for the first time with creating an account. However they were very thorough in ensuring I got it set up. Even doing a follow up call to ensure things were still working properly. They were very patient and overall fixed the problem. I was surprised at the quality of service considering the ratings. I figured after my experience its worthwhile writing a review to say that one specific staff that might have not given a positive expirience should not reflective of all of the company and staff. Give them a chance to surprise you before you make up your mind! :)

I callerd city hall. They bumped me to london hydro. I called you. I was bumped from Pilar to post then left on hold for over half an hour. I finally gave up and hung up !! Your message said you care about my call......HA !

Just on the phone with Sharon. She was so friendly and helpful. She helped explain my Mother’s bill etc. couldn’t have been a better experience!

doesn’t even deserve one star. One month I get billed $80 the next month I get billed $200. I have asked several people no one gets billed over $60-80 a month this is ridiculous. Scam

Trying to report an outage after hours, been on hold for almost 1.5 hours, I gave up. As always, London Hydro's mediocre service.

Called to make multiple changes to our account in regards to a move for our family as well as a rental property. It went absolutely perfectly! The call was answered almost immediately and the representative handled everything efficiently despite some confusion with some names on our accounts. The other utilities, banks and phone companies could take some lessons from London Hydro!
