Window popped up when I was surfing around. Completed their little survey providing phone and email etc. Waited for their promised call and got nothing. Very disappointed and would not recommend. Don't over promise and under perform.

No need to use hear.com. All they do is book an appointment at a hearing clinic for you. Then, they take a % percentage of the sale if you bought hearing aids. Prices are the same. So, make your appointment directly with the clinic. AND If you decide to go with hear.com's remote solution, you're locked into that type of service, and you can never go to a physical clinic until your hearing aids are out of warranty (3 years), and anytime you need an adjustment/service done, they need to courier you a kit.Only use hear.com if you don't have a hearing clinic on your city.

Easiest way to get hearing aids! After lots of confusion, I finally called hear.com and they made sure I found the right hearing aids and set me up with a financing plan that made them affordable. Can't thank you enough!!
