Such a fun experience with my family

If possible I would've put a -20 they are very rude. As well me and my friends booked a jet ski with a set price and a detailed description of what we would be receiving come to the day we should've received the jet ski they told us it was no longer available for us that day and we would recieve it another day. We are from windsor and told them that. And the weather was getting worse since summer was ending they said to come next year. Waited a year for them to give us the jet ski and they told us to pay more and everything we where told in the beginning was not true we asked for a refund since they where the ones in the wrong they said no they don't do that. And when we called to book our paid jet ski for 2 weeks in advanced they did not answer as well as our emails and voice messages. And still haven't recieved anything from them. A bunch of theives they are.

Had a really great experience with this company. They delivered the boats on time as scheduled at 1pm, we had 0 problems with the equipment and had a great afternoon riding the sea doo's. Will definitely be rebooking this upcoming season.

Everything was simple and clear. Reasonable price, and no hidden fees. Highly recommend.

Rented this past weekend, very affordable, new machines, the delivery driver Alex was wonderful and answered all our questions. Will rent again.

A joke of a rental company . Reserved a machine on Thursday for Saturday. Communicated to us that the machine would be with us by 12 pm for the full day. By 3 o clock we had not heard from them. Ignoring more than 10 of our calls after a deposit was sent. When called from a DIFFERENT number they finally answered. Asked them to send the deposit back and responded with it had already be sent. The E transfer couldn’t have taken more than 30 minutes as it was only a small amount. Then was sent right away when they were called out on it. An obvious scam. No recommendations at all from this company especially as the man on the phone was even being rude to us believing it was our fault. If a lower rating than 1 could be given it would. Terrible service.
