I have been here before with very good experience.. unfortunately today was not one of those days. The young cashier was pre occupied and not very friendly, the young lady that put the bowl together had long hair hanging down her face and almost in the food.. she was not attentive with food preparation. I was tempted to not accept it as I was afraid of contamination! Please ensure staff are aware of food safety and hire staff who actually enjoy what they do.

Cashier seemed really annoyed because we were taking a bit longer to decide what to order. Small portion for the price, it tasted good until we both got sick and threw up. Keep your money and stay away.

The attendant was very approachable, and present minded. They had excellent recommendations for me. They were conscious of my allergies to certain ingredients and had suitable options for me. I appreciate the time they took in guiding me through my first purchase/order. I highly recommend this place as it offers healthy options. I will surely be back again ♡

Pretty good place if you want something simple, fresh, and quick. They have a lot of combo options to choose from. My fave is their ahi tuna + coconut rice + crispy miso.Its a little pricy for the portion, but the flavours are well balanced and delicious.If you want something loaded tho, def not the place for you.

New spot inside Guildford mall. As far as food court food goes, it’s a decent option. Healthy and different from other choices in the same space. Staff is definitely newer and the 3 of them were scrambling a bit. Total of 3 people were waiting ahead of me and it took about 15mins to get my bowl - important for those that are on lunch break timing crunch. They also messed up someone else’s bowl a couple of times so that didn’t help.Ingredients were fresh tasting including the Ahi tuna. I had the Bahamian bowl. It could have definitely used more sauce, a lot more sauce. Was a bit on the dry side so felt like I was grazing grass in a field at various times.The speed overall will improve as the staff gets used to all the various bowl choices and so will the taste.

This poke place is located in Guildford Mall food fair, entrance off of 152nd st on your right. They have fresh tasting Poke with salmon, tuna or tofu. The flavors are delicious! They give you an adequate amount of tuna and have some unique creations to try. I cant wait to go back and try some others! Great poke!

The guy seemed busy working alone? Only saw one person but he was friendly and got our food done quickly and took the time to explain how their coconut rice is made. Everything tasted fresh and healthy. Order the Yuzu ahi tuna on sushi rice which we liked more with all the toppings and ponzu salmon on kelp noodles which tasted very green. Both were wet and saucy so expect that with their Poke. The Lava coffee tasted great if you like coconut.Came back and tried the Puruvian which was our least favourite and Thai which was good also!

This place was great. Super fast to prepare the food and an excellent value. I couldn't finish the bowl leaving plenty left for dinner. The place also has some really delicious sounding flavor combinations. I was not a fan of any of their juices, they gave free samples. The bowls were super fresh and dressed evenly with sauce, rice, and toppings. The coconut rice was out of this world (1 of 3 base options) you could taste the coconut, so good. The best part is you can also chose from cooked protein, not just the raw stuff. If you like Steve's Poke you will enjoy this also.

RUDE CASHIER/CUSTOMER SERVICE, i was craving pokebowl and it is my first time coming here so i was unsure with the menu- so as this lady finally came out from the backdoor she was so rude and told me pick what i want" i said i didnt know how this works as and kept giving me attitude and was smacking her hands on the counter as if she was already irritated

I went in on Sunday May 21st to order some food. Guy working there (asian male with glasses) was SO rude throughout my entire order. Would roll his eyes and make some sort of gesture when I asked questions or asked to simply substitute things. Then when I was ready to order he started working on the order behind me!
