Highly recommend! Nicole is great! She's so patient, intelligent and knowledgable. She creates such a warm relaxing environment, and as a first timer to pilates she really puts me at ease. I've done other classes and workouts for years, and I notice such a huge difference doing pilates with Nicole. My back is straighter, my hips don't hurt and I cant finally squat without pain!! I just love her!

I’m thrilled to have found Nicole (through a Google search!) and highly recommend Exhale Pilates & Wellness to anyone who is interested in beginning or continuing their fitness journey through pilates. Nicole is attentive, knowledgeable and very supportive of her students’ individual fitness needs & goals. I look forward to each session and can feel myself gaining strength as the weeks go by. Absolutely contact her for more info and give her Reformer sessions a try—it’s amazing!
