It is overpriced for a superstore with not much variety unless you compare it against a large convenience store, then it is a 4 stars. Don't get fooled by the deals. You can almost always get lower prices at any different hypermarkets. However, I like the way they present and organize the products and that they are usually not crowded compared to other stores.

I have been going here since over 10 years ago, true Sobeys is sometimes a little pricier than other stores but customer service is exceptional. I called the other day and even though department was closed the female at customer service helped me and went out of her way to look for a product. Thanks for all the help.

Of all the supermarkets, I feel that it is the most expensive, at least for the products that I need, for that reason I did not go anymore

We had Brenda & her team do all of the florals for our wedding. Brenda made myself and my 3 bridesmaids bouquets and helped us with ordering bulk florals for us to make our own arrangements for the tables. We could not have been more impressed. She was reliable, professional, and very talented with the bouquets. The prices were very reasonable and the flowers were high quality!! I would highly recommend this specific Sobey's for their florals - whether you are ordering to make them yourself or having them make bouquets.

They had a great deal on butter. There where no tills open do to training stuff, forced to use self-check out, I needed associated to price check a product staff was not very helpful. Left me confused with the purchase that I was making

One of the best grocery stores I've ever come across because they sell organic produce! Good prices and great service. Even after I move to downtown Kitchener I'll still be coming to this Sobeys joint.
