Silvercreek Walk-In Clinic
Excellent clinic. Staff are warm and professional. Facilities are clean and well appointed. I was grateful for their efficient service when I was feeling unwell. I will absolutely use this clinic again if needed.

Silvercreek Walk-In Clinic
Had a wonderful experience with Dr Yates yesterday. Warm and kind to my toddler. Also- receptionist was totally nice vs other reviews- keep in mind receptions can change often. I did have a doctor about a month ago that I found arrogant so I guess it depends on which doctor you get, but Dr Yates was wonderful.

The receptionist is very lovely but beware if they say they are open til 2 pm they do not take applicants until 2 pm. Obviously right? Maybe an hour early to get through the last ones and get home right? Nope! 3 hours early they stop taking patients. I get there today at 11:20 am and I kid you not they would not take another application. Maybe 8 people in the little waiting area there. Plan ahead properly. Was open 10am-2pm todayHave a nice day

Silvercreek Walk-In Clinic
The worst experience so far in any walk in clinic in Guelph and GTA. I have not dealt with a receptionist more rude and inhumane than the one I dealt with at this clinic. I visited the clinic with my daughter on Dec 17th 2022 afternoon. My 3 year old daughter had conjunctivitis and was in need of a prescription eyedrops. I called up the clinic twice to confirm that I could bring in my daughter. This lady receptionist told me both times to come in by 3 pm. The clinic close by 5 pm. I confirmed with her before leaving home at 2. I got there at 2.25 after a 25 mins drive. She refused to take us in citing that the clinic reached capacity. I tried explaining that there is no other walk-in clinic open and emergency wait time is more than 12 hours. She didn’t care, she wouldn’t even consider listening. I do not know how this person live with herself. A cold hearted, apathetic, inhumane receptionist who place no value to the pain of a three year old child.

Worst place I have been to was busy there was told 45 minutes waited outside for half hour went in sat there everybody was getting call in after a hour and half I was still sitting there ask when I was going in was told I missed my call sat down and waited again 5 more people went in so I asked again and was told I got put to the back of everybody never again will I go there

Silvercreek Walk-In Clinic
The doctor on site was great, wait time roughly 30-40 minutes which is one if the better wait times around. The pharmacist was very accommodating, took about 30 minuets to fullfil my order.
