Very bad experience at this location. We bought a reclining sofa and love seat. Sales person said 8 - 12 weeks and that usually you'll have it by 10 weeks. We called at 7 weeks to see the status and they said it would be ready in 2 weeks and they will call for a delivery appointment. Having been told it will be ready in 2 weeks, we sold our old sofa to make room for the new ones. 2 weeks go by and we hear nothing. We call once again and now it appears the factory has ran out of the fabric and we'll have to wait an additional 5 weeks. Cancelling is not an option and we would lose our $500 deposit!. Obviously we were upset by the lack of communication and us no longer having a sofa. The sales person tried to make it right by giving us $150 rebate and sending a temporary sofa until they are ready. The temporary sofa was green and uncomfortable, but at least he tried. 5 weeks go by once again and we hear nothing so we call and talk to the director of the store - who needs to do some learning on customer service and respect as he has none. Told us the Sofa's have arrived and that he won't honor the $150 rebate the sales person offered (obviously we had no proof and the sales person now says it was either the temp sofa or the $150, lies). After waiting 20 weeks for a sofa and love seat, you would think the director would care more about a happy customer than $150, especially after waiting so long. We ordered the Sofas in the beginning of August and received them 3rd week of December!Lies, no communication, bad service, no respect in the way he spoke to us. - Stay away if possible - You pay a premium for these sofa's expecting quality and service and you get the opposite. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF POSSIBLE - save yourself the aggravation and headaches. 20 WEEKS TO GET A SOFA AND LOVE SEAT!STAY AWAY

Good service and varied selection

Built to last-life time warranty? Ya, right! Only the mechanism, with some exclusions is on warranty.... but you have to pay the tech that will come on site to assess the problem. Sitting area is caving in ( we are normal weight people) recliner also not as before... But you pay the BIG PRICE, definetely not worth it.

walk in the store ,no one to greet you,no one to serve you.stay in store 1/2 hour and still no one to serve you,i look at the saleman in his face and still didin t get any service...wow walkout they lost a big sale
