Started going there for fish with my son. The staff are fantastic. They helped us choose what could live together in the size of tank we had. My son had a million questions about every fish and they were great about answering them. Since then he's gone back every few weeks to look at the lizards, doing research, trying to convince me to get him one. The staff are always friendly and willing to answer questions and don't try to sell you things you don't need. I would recommend to anyone.

Great store! For anyone looking to get your birds wings clipped they do it there at an awesome price! Called all the vets in town and they suggested a place in Gananoque that was going to charge $80 a bird and Finaddicts charged us $20 a bird no appointment necessary! Great variety of pet supplies as well as all kinds of different pets to choose from that I seen

For years we have been going here for fish and supplies. We’ve always enjoyed looking at the reptiles. My son really wanted a gecko, so Jay and Kat spent a few different visits to the store with us and both had all the time and patience to explain things about how to care for one.We bought a Crested Gecko about a month ago and we’ve been having lots of fun. My 8 year old son takes care of him 100%, and we bring him out of his tank regularly to watch him climb around on us. They are very gentle and very cute.Thanks to everyone - especially Jay - he is so knowledgeable and is great with kids!

Great place, great staff, and great inventory.The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and they will go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need. No pushy up-selling or additional costs. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the hobby. Both beginners and experts will leave happy.

I'm generally in there once every 2 weeks getting food for my snake. One of the guys that work here is Jay. If I ever have any issues or questions in regards to proper care or anything about my snake, he's very informative. Great place to go especially if your new to owning reptiles and or snakes. I recommend this place to anyone I know.

This store always has a wide selection of pets. We came in hopes to get a hamster. For months, local Kingston pet stores as well as out of area had non and nearly gave up.A week or so ago we gave it another chance to visit and long and behold Finaddicts had just a few left.We were very pleased with the service from an associate from start to finish. Thank you.

Although we didn't purchase anything on this visit , the store was very fun to walk through , especially with my son. Great selection of fish , was cool to see the snake out of its inclosure, the birds and lizards were cool too! When we are ready to purchase we will definitely be back

Great selection and they give good advice (I've overheard them giving advice, including stocking advice to new tank-keepers). They have some really neat bettas in stock as well!

I love going to this pet store. The staff are very nice and helpful, and they have very good options, not just for fish, but also for small animals and birds.I also got to meet Mr (t)Rex the parrot!

Great experience in this last visit. A terrific and healthy selection of aquatic species. The staff are friendly and courteous also provide alot of knowledge. The place is very clean. They also have a super section for birds and small pets. You'll love the visit here.
