I have called twice recently and left messages to have someone call to discuss interest rates. As recently as Monday, February 25. Still waiting for a callback. Customer Service is not acceptable to me since KCC implemented the central customer service call centre.

I have no money in the account. And just received a letter stating that i am overdrawn. It seems a have been given a monthly fee with out notice.

hate the high cost of member fees I am on disability and should be lowered to them on disability

I was dealing with the branch manger over changes that they made on my account. Which I was not informed of. Dana (manager) told me she would get back to me on the issue by the end of the work day (Feb 6). It’s Feb 25 without a call back. The customer service at Kawartha credit union is the worst I’ve ever experienced. You would think that the branch manager would call back when she said she would. Very disappointed with the service. And this isn’t the first time having problems with them. Will be looking around at other banks to take my business to.Have been a customer for over 35 years. Won’t be here much longer.Very disappointing. Two thumbs down.
