It's a wonderful dynamic session. I'm busy with work throughout the day and my mind needs a break, and the fact that I'm coached throughout the whole workout session is amazing. The upbeat atmosphere combined with knowledgeable coaches definitely keeps me motivated and I would 100% recommend. Shout out to my fav coaches Ines and Nicole!

Mixed opinion about OTF. TDLR; I would recommend this if you’re looking to get into fitness/working out regularly, or to do a light-medium workout a few times a week. Would not recommend OTF if you’re looking for something more serious or challenging.On one hand, as others have mentioned, the staff and customer service are exceptional here, and the environment is extremely positive and motivational. Instructor was fantastic. No complaints there.I docked one star because I’m not convinced on the OTF methodology—it seems to punish you for having good cardiovascular fitness. You get points for how long you can keep your heart rate in the 80% exertion zone. I workout pretty frequently and incorporate a ton of cardio regularly…so I was really struggling to get my heart rate that high (~180bpm). The only time I was able to get myself there was when I was literally full-out sprinting on their treadmills (and we only full-out sprint for maybe a few minutes). The other 30% of the class was seated rowing and 30% was floor exercises, so I was really struggling (especially with floor) to get my heart rate up. Actually ended up injuring myself because I was trying to do everything super fast to raise my HR. Available weights were also on the lighter side. I think pushing yourself is great, but past a certain point it’ll lead to injury (especially with weights/floor exercise and heart rate, just doesn’t make sense).Docking another star because you have to buy a $129 heart rate monitor for the class. Feel like they could be more transparent about this upfront/on their website, or offer some sort of integration with Apple Watch/Fitbit etc…or even just a rental option. They also “strongly recommend” a membership-based attendance only (aka paid as a flat fee monthly for set numbers of classes) and it seems really hard to buy classes just on a drop-in basis…so not a fan of the lack of flexibility there.

I love their 45 minute 2G workouts - it’s 45 minutes of non stop work, but it goes by so fast and allows me to mix some strength training with cardio.

The program, the coaches, the community, the energy! The 3G format allows you to push yourself in multiple ways. The most beneficial part are the stats, which truly make it you vs. you! Being able to see your own progress as fact really holds you accountable to showing up and committing to the work!Grateful beyond words to OT for taking me from no workout routine to making fitness a lifestyle within months! Love it here. The 45/60 minute classes let you get in, focus on & power through your workout, then get on with your day. The class sizes are just right so you sort of feel like you have a personal coach (while at the same time not feeling like you’re being pressured by a personal coach lol). I feel amazing once class is over plus it gives me energy for days. Highly recommend.

I have been with Orange Theory for almost 3 years. Everyone here is sooo friendly, energetic and professional. U spend a whole day exhausted at work but can get one hour to refresh here. Just like a reward. Shoutout to Nicole, Ines And Ian. Best coaches ever!!
