I was a little bit nervous about how it would go. Not that I don’t know how to relax well, but I’m very ticklish and my feet were about to be centre stage.But as I sat down and lay back in the unbelievably comfy recliner, the pressure used for reflexology treatments was no issue for my sensitive feet.Tension melted away and I felt super relaxed. The room set up works perfectly and is so calming.The treatment is so relaxing that Heather says many of her clients fall asleep! I can definitely see that happening after a long day.My feet and whole body were definitely thankful for this relaxing experience.As a strongman competitor and ramping up my training, my feet bear a lot and take a beating all the time.You’re going to love it!
