Mercedes-Benz Downtown Calgary

Last winter I traded an E300 for a pre owned GLS. I bought and installed winter tires right away. The car was supposed to be inspected and approved (or at least that what they said) ; when the winter season was over, i tried to reinstall the tires which came with the car; however 3 diferent shops refused to install them (Costco, tires fountain and tires on the run). They turned out to be unmatching tires. Two summer and two all season. They said 4x4 cars must have 4 matching tires.Update: Mercedes downtown Calgary communicated with us, and promised to solve this issue, if we remove our post, which we did.3 days later, they offerred to reinstall those unmatched tires for free. (56 dollars at any shop)We should have bought a car from Mercedes Country Hills. (Our usual Mercedes dealer)

I have experienced great customer service in the past, but Jerry and Robin took customer service up a notch! Jerry has such patience when I didn’t know which car I wanted, and he stuck it out with me until we found just the right one. Robin was a superstar! He went above and beyond with all the questions and requests I had (as this would have been an contactless purchase). A delight to work with! Before signing, their general manger, Justin, came out and visited with us, making us feel totally comfortable.I can’t say how much I appreciate the team at MB of Downtown Calgary...they are the best!

There’s a Mercedes dealership 5 min from my house but I choose to go all the way downtown because of the quality of service I receive from downtown Mercedes. He’s so patient to answer all our questions and follow through all the details during the shopping process. This dealership has many models in showroom that we can see, touch and sit in them. No pressure, no locked cars, no PLEASE DONT TOUCH sign, no sale pitch… just honest advice. Their pricing is so fair with no tricks to force you buy any dealer installed options, which is so rare in today’s market. Wow! What a great place! Fast & Friendly! Had the ML towed in for the brake recall. Less than half a day…. Including the tow! Amazing! Something has to be said about Down Town Mercedes employee experience, they know what they are doing. It’s also great to talk with the same people each time and have them remember me. Jesse kept me updated via text message, super convenient. This was my first time in the new service building, which was really great. Loads of space, massage chairs, massive drive thru so you don’t have to get out in the snow or rain. Although I’m not a branded product person, the Mercedes hats, shirts and lifestyle swag was really nicely laid out for display… they even sell electric scooters! Highly recommend anyone with a Mercedes-Benz to check out this new facility!
