The people manning the branch are unprofessional for they are closing ahead of the time they are supposed to closed at 9 pm during Fridays,I arrived at 8:07 pm ,the door already closed but the person working there still in front of the computer,I waived at her asking ,she refused to come near the door at first but when I am pointing to my phone she reluctantly come near the door with a bad face ,I shown here what is advertised in google about their opening and closing time but she told me because of the Pandemic they are closing early and refused to accommodate me and on that moment her companion who is looking after the Virgin mobile booth inside the mall arriving and he too telling me that all their computers are closed and both of them left at 8:30 pm.
