The best bubble tea place in Victoria, the pearl is super soft and chawing, and the sweetness just be right. I will try the fruit tea next time.

This is my children's go to place for bubble tea (my younger daughter is in their loyalty program). My girls treated me to a drink for Mother's Day. First time drinker and the ice brewed tea was refreshing. Lost a star because it seems they run out of bubble tea on occasion and I guess this visit was one of them. Bummed my kids out because as teens they say coming to this place for their bubble tea is the main reason they bother exiting home to Hillside during depressing pandemic times. I'm impressed as they were former fans of Big Orange until this place opened up.

Their cheese tea is the best I have had so far compared to any of the other bubble tea shops on the island. A bit on the expensive side compared to other places.

Unfortunately this bubble tea place has very few non-caffeine options. I've ordered the mango milk tea twice, both times asked for non-dairy milk, both times received a drink made with dairy milk. I don't think I'll be back.

I ordered Taro, but it was not Taro. Told them, and they said this is the real Taro! I like the fake one though that I tasted in different places!

This place used to be my regular spot for tea, but last time I went I ordered my usual drink and they made it wrong. When I politely brought this up with them they immediately started arguing with me, cut me off every time I tried to explain what was wrong, and refused to remake it… if I’m paying $8 for a drink and it’s made incorrectly I feel like a remake should be reasonable. Won’t be returning here again.
