The service I received this morning was prompt, expertly delivered and welcoming. It dealt with return of a printer that was incorrectly (on my behalf) purchased. We received the correct printer and it's working fine. My thanks for the expert task on your part!!! March 15 /23

Went to this Staples looking for a specific laptop. The staples website said they had one in stock, but this turned out to be a glitch in the way staples reports what's in stock. The sales associate was extremely helpful and apologetic that they didn't have one available for us. He explained our options in terms of going to another store to pick one up or having one ordered in to our local store. He also offered to sell us the display model but also explained what the downsides of buying a display model were.Overall just a wonderful experience even though they didn't have what we wanted.

Got a Chrome Book from the Camrose location. It had a 2 year warranty and they sold us an additional year warranty as well. The warranty would expire Nov of this year. My son had an accident and cracked the screen. We contacted Staples and they refused to acknowledge the extended warranty claiming the original 2 years had expired. An additional year was bought and paid for and is clearly on the receipt yet they refused to do anything.

I was just picking up an online order of print cartridges. (You know, the ones that cost a fortune & dry out before you can fully use them. Haha.) I was greeted when I entered the store. I was served right away at the order pick up counter. It was a pleasant experience, the order was ready, and the people attending to me were terrific. Based on my experience, I would recommend this Staples location.

Had a great experience today at staples. I needed to print 2 documents, not tech savvy, I was greater by Mahilla not sure if thats correctspelling, she walked me thru how to print, she was knowledgeable, kind, patient,. What a fantastic employee you've,.

The staff are attentive, helpful and cheerful. I really enjoy coming into the store because of this. A good selection of office and school supplies such as markers, pens, highlighters, notebooks and binders.

Without a doubt the worst customer service. Waited for 10 min in the furniture section no one showed. Went to front to ask for help. Assured me someone would be right there. 15 min later no one showed. It’s no wonder people shop online these days with the poor customer care at local businesses.Manager need to shape up this store.
