ONLY THING I RECOMMEND IS THE LADY WHO ANSWERED MY CALL WOULD RUN BOTH LOCATIONS!!! The lady who answered the phone super nice and friendly unfortunately the rude, ignorant man who runs the bath hurst location IS TERRIBLE! Rude ignorant as can be! Refused to rent me a unit because “we close at 5 and not open until Tuesday” meanwhile it was 4:40pm and because I have a disability and sometimes problems standing I was told to not come back Tuesday because “I can hardly stand up” so I was denied a unit because I was there 20 mins before they close and I have a disability!
