Builder advertised quality homes,homes are average at the best.HOA bylaws are not followed and are not enforced.Residents are all very friendly.Good place to live but have had to repair a lot of items because of shauty workmanship.

These homes are far from high end. The customer service is pathetic. Seems every problem you have here is your fault and the customer service person does absolutely nothing to help out. If you don't know the builder personally you will get nothing fixed. The sales person selling these houses has no idea how to sell a house being freshly built. Don't walk away from this place....run and don't look back.
