Ordered two drinks, Funel Cake and the Mango Dragonfruit! And this will be the last time I order anything here! First, I asked and paid for venti size (large) but received medium! I also asked for less ice in the cup. Once changed the cup to venti size, half of the cup was ice!!! Told the bartender to empty the ice, they even did not have spoon, used another cup lead to empty the ice! Paying $8 (tax in) for a cup which is half ice and half essence (not real fruit) and sugar! Seriously!? BTW, staff are not friendly at all!

I was lucky enough to work with this manager at my old job and was very impressed by her new store. Very clean, friendly staff, and well managed. I appreciate the level of professionalism when opening up a new store in downtown windsor and respect how she handles any obstacles. Any time I order from there the service is fast and friendly, and the drinks and food are amazing. Definitely my new regular starbucks location.

I recently visited the Windsor downtown Starbucks and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the coffee and espresso were exceptional in taste, providing the delicious flavors I've come to expect from Starbucks.However, I was disappointed to learn that they did not accept Starbucks points or pre-loaded cash as forms of payment. This was a letdown as it limited my options and prevented me from taking advantage of my rewards or using the pre-loaded cash I had. It would have been more convenient if these payment methods were accepted.Despite this setback, I must commend the staff for their friendly and attentive service. They were efficient and helpful, ensuring that my coffee was prepared to my liking and providing a pleasant customer experience.In conclusion, while the Windsor downtown Starbucks offers a great tasting coffee and espresso, the inability to use Starbucks points or pre-loaded cash was a downside. Nonetheless, the friendly service provided by the staff made the overall experience more enjoyable.

I personally co managed side my side with Taylor at Eastside Mario’s. The statements about her “keeping” money is very false.She worked in a very professional manner treating all staff with equality, loyalty and respect!I personally was very proud to see the Starbucks that she opened. Was happily greeted by the staff on shift and well educated on the food and beverages. Very clean and organized environment.

Really upset by my experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a double espresso macchiato and right away I knew there was some confusion. The barista kept on thinking I was asking for a caramel macchiato which I explained was an entirely different drink.She went and got her supervisor and I thought he would have clarified what it was but he came up and smacked some buttons around and then left.Long story short: I ended up with espresso with a sad dollop of whipped cream which is such a depressing drink. I don’t know what happened but it was not a good drink at all!

This Starbucks location exceeded my expectations. The environment is very clean, warm and inviting. The staff is also super friendly. I cross the US/Canadian border frequently and love stoping here for my coffee. Would definitely recommend!

I recently visited the new Starbucks location that opened up in my area, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Despite being open for almost a month now, I was surprised to find out that they were still not accepting payments through the Starbucks card, which was quite inconvenient for me.Furthermore, I found the behavior of the baristas to be quite disappointing. They seemed to be disinterested and lacked the friendliness that I have come to expect from Starbucks employees. They didn't even make eye contact during my order, which made me feel like just another customer, rather than someone being welcomed into a community.The taste of the coffee was also subpar compared to other Starbucks locations I have visited in the past. It lacked the signature flavor and quality that I have come to associate with the brand.The only redeeming quality of this Starbucks location was its ambiance. The store was well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere, which made it a pleasant place to sit and relax for a little while.Overall, I would only give this Starbucks location a 2-star rating. The lack of acceptance of the Starbucks card payment, unfriendly baristas, and subpar coffee taste were significant drawbacks that overshadowed the positive ambiance of the store. I hope that the management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality of their service in the future.

It was my first time trying this new location and it was the most memorable Starbucks experience to say the least… It took a very long time to receive my drink. The service I had also received was very poor. The worker with the name tag “Taylor” specifically made me feel like I was below her. She did not make eye contact with me what so ever and seemed to be very “disconnected” from what was going on. She did not know how to make a simple drink and lacked all customer service skills. The store seemed very understaffed and the environment was very hostile. It sounded like there were workers in the back room arguing and swearing at one another. Moments later another girl came out of the back room crying. I’m not sure what is going on in this place but I feel bad for anyone who steps foot in the shop.

I more then likely won't be going to this location anymore I had to contact the head office because I asked for light ice and my daughter asked for no ice and she charged me .50 for no ice.I called head office and head office said this will be looked into as .50 for no ice is not true but .50 to add more juice. I got comp for my 2 drinks but to charge me for no ice unreal. I think this is why I never go to Starbucks .

Convenient location with direct indoor access from the Four Points hotel. Very clean and cozy atmosphere. Adequately staffed with friendly baristas. Good coffee as is expected of Starbucks. Plenty of cute Starbucks merchandise / drinkware too, a lot of which were marked down / on sale.The only downside was that they were not yet accepting Starbucks gift cards / mobile orders. Staff mentioned they were waiting for head office to approve a new payment system; fair as they had only recently opened.A lot of people gave negative reviews for this, but it’s pretty standard for licensed (non-corporate) stores to have certain restrictions when it comes to using the Starbucks app / rewards program. Since this location is owned by the hotel, it will likely still not function 100% like a corporately-owned Starbucks in that regard, even after the new payment system is put in place.Overall, I had a very good experience and will definitely be coming back the next time I stay at the hotel.
