Very poor communication. I reached out to get a quote for a charter service for a wedding and it took over a month to get a reply. A few emails were exchanged and I gave all the required information to complete the contract to book. I sent three follow up emails each at least a week apart I still haven’t heard anything from them. It’s been over a month now that I gave the requested information to confirm booking and Sarah still has not responded. Unfortunately I’ve had to take my business elsewhere as this complete lack of communication doesn’t make my confident that on the day of service they would actually show up, or be reachable.

I wouldn't trust this company nor where they claim to work out of. Their advertisements for job postings are misleading and they should be put out of business.
