Had to share a major HIT for Clark Chevrolet in Sussex. We purchased our truck from them last July, and right from the beginning, we’ve had an exceptional experience. First off, Mike Snider is the BEST car salesmen to deal with - he’s up front, not pushy at all, prompt in his follow ups/communication and super friendly - plus he helped get me a great trade in value for my Jeep. Go see Mike if you’re looking for a vehicle!!Next up, is the service manager Trevor Garnett and the dealership’s GM, Trevor Steeves. They’re absolutely phenomenal & genuine people to work with who went above & beyond in our situation.In early January, almost 6 months to the day from when we drove the truck off their lot, a loud knocking noise started coming from the engine. Now it’s worth mentioning, it’s a 2018 but it didn’t have any remaining warranty so we decided to reach out to the Clark team to see if there was anything they could do for us for a repair (that was going to cost us many thousands) despite us having not taken any extra warranty when the purchase was made. Clark went out of their way to get the truck towed to them at no cost to us, diagnosed the issue and gave us a quote that was more than fair and SIGNIFICANTLY lower than what I was quoted over the phone when I called a GM dealership in town. At the end, when it came time to pay the bill, the invoice was exactly what I was quoted - nothing out of place, everything as I expected. Trevor Garnett was absolutely amazing - so down to earth, knowledgeable, kind and great in keeping me updated on their progress.Overall, their communication, empathy and will to take care of their customers is literally unmatched. It’s rare (some might argue impossible) to find a dealership with commitment to top tier customer service as a core value but Clarks is it! I can honestly say that my future vehicle purchases will be from them, and I HIGHLY encourage anyone reading this to consider doing the same - I can genuinely say that they will take care of you, and you won’t regret it!!
