I really enjoyed working with the team at SSC – everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and patient. When you’re dealing with your first major home renovation and all the stress that comes along with it (as I was), it’s really helpful and a relief to know that you are dealing with professionals who are extremely customer-service oriented and will take the time to explain and show you all of the different options (materials, colour, patterns, edges, thickness, plus what seems like a hundred other things you didn’t know or realize). I visited their office and showroom a few times where Daryn took me into the shop to show/explain to me the technicalities of all things countertops. Although our original choice of countertop wasn’t available (2-3 month delay), Melody was able to suggest other alternatives that were similar (and actually slightly cheaper!) and more readily available. I would highly recommend SSC Countertops to anyone looking for beautiful workmanship (part of the job included building a countertop around the brick chimney in our kitchen), great customer service, on time (work was completed quickly once we had everything sorted) and on budget! I went through a few other companies prior and was very unhappy with the lack of communication and professionalism, especially with something so important to me. SSC immediately responded and got to work on my project. They promptly answered all of my MANY questions and were so polite and friendly in doing so. SSC Countertops was referred to me by my designer and my neighbour, who both had great experiences. I am happy to say that it was the same for me. Quinn, Daryn, and Liam were very professional and all great to work with. Measurements were exact, the Quartz countertops were beautiful, the one seam I have is barely noticeable (and better than any Quartz seam I've seen), delivery was incredibly fast, and they gave me a great price to boot. So I'm really happy with the results and I highly recommend them.

We are nearly finished a large renovation involving lots of different trades. Through all of it, dealing with SSC for our quartz countertops has been absolutely the best experience we have had.SSC's pricing was very competitive with other companies recommended by our designer and our GC. They had a good variety of countertop materials from the various name brand manufacturers to choose from and also other lesser known but very high quality products. Their turnaround time on our job was even faster than they had promised and their workmanship was top notch. They really know what they are doing.I have to say though that our decision to go with SSC had as much to do with their people as anything else. From the owner, to the project manager, the fabricator, salesperson, the admin assistant, every single one was a pleasure to deal with.Before we had made any commitment to SSC, they spent several hours with us going through design and layout options, material choices etc. including the owner himself. They created such a bond of trust with us that there was really no reason for us to consider anyone else.Having dealt with our share of dysfunctional trades, we are just so happy with SSC and would not hesitate to recommend them. Oh and our countertops look amazing!

We are beyond thrilled with the work that Quinn & Joe and their team did for our own office at Insight Design Group in Vancouver. Our new marble reception desk is complete with all mitered seams and if you didn't know otherwise you'd assume it was all one piece of stone. Simply put, it is exquisite. Their team is professional and dedicated to their craft. We won't hesitate to use SSC in our future projects and would recommend them if you need any stone manufacturing done.

We highly recommend SSC Countertops!! Our kitchen & powder room installation was perfect! Great service from the whole SSC team - sales, design, product, measurement & installation. Our cabinet installer also commented on the excellent installation of the counter-tops. Thank you and we will definitely use SSC for any future renovations.

We had a very bad experience with our first kitchen countertop installers and contacted several contractors subsequently to see what could be done. Unfortunately, all informed us that the previous bad install could not be fixed so would have to be ripped out and a completely new countertop put in. SSC came in with a competitive bid and finished a high quality job on time and on budget. After the job was finished, we noted a small defect in one surface (natural stone) which turned out to be due to the granite supplier, not SSC. We suggested that maybe it could be polished out but this was unacceptable to SSC, who preferred to replace the entire slab. In all, an excellent job by highly professional people who stand behind their work.

Worked with the fine folks at SSC for my kitchen renovation, what a great experience. From my initial discussion and quote the entire team was great, they provided some advice at the beginning about the type of Cesarstone I chose and ended up going to a different colour after their advice (which I was very glad I did!). The entire team communicated with design, quotes, production, and install seamlessly and everyone was in the loop with what was happening. Never had to explain anything twice, I just felt like they had it and took control from start to finish. On install day the techs were awesome and had some tough work to get the stone into my place, which they did without damage or issues. A seam was required in my countertop but the tech did such a good job you can’t even see it!I’m so impressed with them, definitely check them out if your in the market for new countertops.
