I bought the Nikon D7000 here about four years ago. Good job I bought the extended warranty because while taking a in class lesson the camera just gave up. I had a lemon. I got it exchanged and got a new one with no questions. It is worth the extra money to play it safe. So glad that that camera gave itself up in the store and not while out on a shoot like a wedding. Henry's has a great selection of gear and I no longer have to travel to Toronto like I once did 20 some years ago.

Got myself a quick release plate here for my Velbon tripod. Within 2min the lady showed me which one fits and helped me on my way. Very helpful staff! I prefer this location over the Kitchener one.

Little pricey, but that comes with the convince, most staff are knowlable and helpful, sometimes youve got to talk to someone else to get the help you need. Fairly well stoked and the quality checked used gear is nice.

I don't shop for my camera equipment anywhere else!Everyone in this store is great to deal with, always friendly and super helpful!!A big shout out to Amy Bailey, anytime I have messaged her for a price or to check stock. She replies very promptly. Always smiling when I go in the store and full of information to help me with my questions.I think they should give her a raise!If you don't go here for your camera needs, you should!!

Having been a full time professional photographer for 30 years I appreciate the knowledge and professionalism of the staff at the Cambridge Henry's Camera. Many of their staff are graduates of college level photography programs so they not only understand the equipment but what it has to do. Whether your looking for gear or advice, I recommend Henry's Camera in Cambridge.

When I go to my favorite store, I always look for Amy Bailey! She has alway been an incredible help with any photo situation I throw at her. She has a vast knowledge in people/portrait photography. This is also my photo type I enjoy as well! I love Going into Henry's . They have a vast inventory and if they don't have it, they can get it for you very quickly!!! they also have all kinds of studio equipment! My Opinion this store has all you need for every level of your hobby or Business!!!Good Job Guys!

All my experiences have been positive here. In fact, I recently bought a Nikon D500 from this location and couldn't be happier. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and what's more, they understand my equipment needs. As a result they make suggestions that are in my best interests and not simply to make a sale. I highly recommend this store.

The staff were AMAZING!!!!! So helpful with everything, Very kind people, and they know everything about the equipment! When ever I have an issue with my camera, I just go there and they help me threw it and fix the problem!

Great customer service and knowledge! They really stand behind all the products they sell. Their HELP (extended warranty) is the only extended warranty I'll ever buy, because it truly works and is the best in the industry. Great store... Thank you for being the best company in the industry!
