How are these people operating? these positive reviews must be fake or from friends because I had the WORST experience of my life. I saw Dimo. Showed him a photo of what I wanted and explained very clearly.PLATINUM blond on top. Leave the underneath as my natural color. Showed him a photo of my hair before when I was white blond which wasn't far off from what I was today minus my roots and under hair.So I knew it was gonna go bad from the start as he barely put any foils in and the bleach didn't even go close to my roots. I had to ask him to put more foils on because where I parted my hair there wasn't any on the one side!Hair comes out and was WAY too dark and when you're platinum you can tell when its wet but I decided to wait until it was dried.So he began to brush my very fine hair from ROOT to end which you NEVER do on baby fine hair. It caused more tangles and my hair was breaking off. I even asked him to use a wide tooth comb but he ignored that and used a different brush.Hair is dry....not white blond. Its an ok blond but has yellow and I see roots.Now he tones it. I ask him if it will lighten my hair at all as I wanted lighter. He said no it just cancels the yellow. I'm sitting there in this toner which looks like my hair is getting DARKER!Washed out the toner and YUP my hair is WAY darker. Like an ashy dark blond like my roots.Brushes my wet hair again. Hair snapping off. I'm almost in tears.He tells me he can do a shampoo cocktail". Yup MORE chemicals to strip out the toner but also every bit of moisture and shine.I get home and have never been so mad and upset. My hair is way darker still

Love the salon - it is so welcoming and stylish! The customer service is impeccable, with undivided attention to the needs of each and every client. Tysha is a wonderful person, super talented stylist, and a real professional. You can feel she has extended experience and, above all, truly loves her job (All our family are very proud of new hairstyles!). Last but not least, Barbie is a very cute dog that contributes to the positive ambience of the salon!We will definitely come back :)

Entered the studio and was quite nervous, I was welcomed by a cute dog and my lovley stylist! Mariya was very sweet and helped decide what I wanted. The process was very relaxing and fun! We chatted a bit and I felt at ease as it was nice conversating with Mariya! I love my new hair and will definitely come back again! ❤️

I love it here! It is a super chill hair salon. Their dog, Barbie, is always there hanging out with everyone. Tysha does amazing cuts and colors, I always get compliments. Jie is so sweet and pleasant to talk with. I will never go anywhere else.

Tysha is one of the best stylist that I have come across and have been going to her for several years. She is extremely knowledgeable, up-to-date with current products and styles. Excellent with ombre, high and low light coloring to name a few types. Never experienced a bad haircut from her. She is quick and precise. Her staff are always very welcoming. If she is often busy her other stylists are wonderful too. You won’t be disappointed selecting this salon. Have witnessed excellent children’s cuts and updos. If you have a special occasion, try Tysha or any of her team!

Clean and comfortable hair salon with friendly staff. I highly recommend this store. Many friends recommended me to come here, so I went last week. I was met by Dimo who was professional and friendly and knew everything you could want. Even if you don't have an exact request, he can provide you with the best solution. Will come back again.

After all the salon I tried, finally I found the most amazing and friendly salon I ever had. They offer coffee or tea while waiting and they really entertained the customer.
