they sold me a 130k car with 2 cracked wheels in 3 differents places! i droved the car back home ( 700 km) , i stored it for winter and 2 weeks ago i noticed 2 flats tires i inspect that and the final result is 2 cracked wheelsinside the rim, one rim 2 cracks and on the other one 1 crack! l called them about it and they gave me 2 new wheels ! A++

Saw an suv on their website so texted about it and suddenly it disappeared! 10 thousand $$ difference in pricing to the one they wanted to sell! Buyer beware!

James Small has been in the biz a long time and was able to narrow down choices very quickly. Very friendly and they really went the extra mile to accommodate me on a Friday afternoon/Saturday. Kristin Smith also worked very fast under a lot of pressure on a Friday evening to get everything done for me. Sometimes people don't realize how much of a difference you can make with a bit of kindness and what I call 'the stretch'. Excellence, or the last 10% is always in the stretch - just outside of the comfort zone of course. I truly appreciate all they did for me and will be recommending them to everyone!!!

Customer service was fantastic. They actually sold us the car. Sales rep Jason did an excellent job and to imagine we were just checking around for a new car. The finance department was excellent as well. Great experience.

Spent $40.00 plus tax for Multi point inspection of my Malibu. The service advisor immediately started pointing out problems before the car left the service entrance. The car was there all day for this, which should not have taken more than 30 minutes. At the end, I was advised it needed about $4,000.00 of work. WHAT?They were dead wrong on 2 things they said needing correction and the cost of same. Nothing was mentioned about tires, brakes or suspension nor did I receive a proper written report of their findings. I reported this to the appointment arranger, Christina, who said she would have the Service Manager, Scott, call me to discuss. He did not call me. I called him and left 2 messages for him to call me and why. After waiting 12 days and no answer, I went to Lounsbury and spoke to Scott in his office. He was polite and courteous and promised to get back to me asap.I am still waiting.

Very satisfied with the service. John did a very good job at finding a vehicle that would fit our needs. Finance manager was able to get us a good warranty . Happy with my purchase. Will shop here again for sure :)

I went to three car lots and finally, Lounsbury had a vehicle that met my specifications and they gave me a good deal on it too. James made the whole process of purchasing the car very easy. I should have went to Lounsbury in the first place. The customer experience was very good. thx again!
